Under this project community based rehabilitation services are provided to persons with mental illness who have dropped out from hospital based rehabilitation services. It aims to help people with mental illness in independent community living. The project also contributes towards prevention of mental health problems and promotes mental health for all in the community.13 patients were covered under this project during 2021-22 and102 visits were conducted to provide rehabilitation services.
