Rehabilitation At Home and Community Treatment
Within this initiative, community-based rehabilitation services are extended to individuals with mental illness who have disengaged from hospital-based rehabilitation services. The objective is to support people with mental illness in achieving independent living within the community. Furthermore, the project plays a role in preventing mental health issues and advocating for mental health wellness for all within the community.
