VOLUNTARY INDUCEMENT PROGRAMME

The NGO is committed to rehabilitation and community integration of persons with mental illness and for difficult to engage patients runs an exclusive program that provides avenue for job placement/engagement for persons with mental illness. Persons with mental illness having treatment resistant schizophrenia are engaged in some meaningful work and are paid salary from the NGO Parivartan. Till now 10 persons have been placed via this program and during 2021-22, 3 persons have been engaged via voluntary inducement program.
